The organisation
of a task in a project is a strategic choice, which means removing
the task from daily business, making it visible and measurable.
With an adjusted organisation of resources, they can be utilized
in an optimal way to achieve the goals. However this also means
that resources dependent on personnel and finance are necessary
for a successful completion of the task.
It is crucial for the success of the project that the project leader
keeps an overview, and at the same time is not limited by for example
involvement in the operations organisation, or by potential interest
conflicts such as an implementation project under the leadership
of the supplier. |
