Negotiation of Interconnect Agreements
 

The market for interconnect in Denmark is in a continual process of change, partly due to new operators, mergers and acquisitions but also the development of new products. All companies that have their own infrastructure must have at least one interconnect agreement with another operator, and most of them have numerous agreements.

Nordic Connect can manage new negotiations and re-negotiate existing interconnect agreements with TDC and other operators in the market. Typically, the procedure for negotiation of interconnect agreements will include:

  • examination of any existing agreements
  • case preparation, including need and consequence analyses
  • preparation of negotiation
  • the actual negotiation
