Network Optimisation for Interconnect   The operators usually offer different forms of interconnect exchange. For fixed networks, the operator’s traffic can for example be exchanged at double tandem level, single tandem level or at local level. The minute and call set-up rates are lowest for local interconnect, but rollout requirements to the operator’s network are higher.
